Wer sucht, der findet. Auf der Suche nach einer Gruppe für einen "Irischen Abend" wurden mir mehrere Gruppen empfohlen. CD´s angefordert, bekommen und gehört. Karten für Solid Ground bestellt und das Konzert besucht. Die Gruppe hat meine Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Die Vielfalt der Instrumente, von der Drehleier, über den Dudelsack und natürlich der Teufelsgeiger, einfach Klasse, was hier an musikalischen Höhepunkten geboten wird. Vorsicht, diese Band kann süchtig machen. Ein Genuss für alle Sinne. Die CD von Solid Ground "Running up to Paradise" gefällt mir sehr gut. Jetzt gehts an die Planung für den Irischen Abend mit "Solid Ground" und " The Clan Make Noise" deren neue CD Erin Shore auch überzeugt hat.

Wir sind jetzt noch begeistert von dem großartigen Konzert in unserer Klosterkirche. So eine Band mit soviel Energie und guter Ausstrahlung haben wir selten gesehen. Tolle Darbietung, die Tänzerin war ebenfalls genial. Wann kommt ihr wieder? Wir haben leider keine Bilder machen können, wann stellt ihr eure Bilder ins Netz?
